How much does it cost to ride with WestCabs

Our service does not differ in rates than any other taxi service. Our dispatchers are available 24/7 to give estimates on trips for those that require additional information. 

What if I've left something in a WestCabs taxi?

Any lost items will be dropped off at our office, our dispatcher team will be notified and given an alert to receive the rightful owners call personally or through the driver they had travelled with.

What payments are acceptable?

Debit, cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, all major credit cards are accepted. Our customers also have the option to setup a personal account with Westcabs.

Can I book through the app?

Yes, our app also gives our customers the option to prepay for their trip woth credit card, along with many other options. 

How Do I Make a Booking?

Bookings can be made through our app or by calling our dispatchers, they will be more than happy to answer any questions regarding the booking.

What if I forget about my booking?

The customer can request a reminder call prior to their booking.
